We are seeking a seasoned Organisational Change Manager to spearhead enterprise change projects. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to focus on the people side of change, including adjustments to processes, positions, and organisational structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and implement effective engagement actions to drive understanding among influential stakeholders and business leaders, fostering positive acceptance of change across the business unit.
  • Change Management Integration: Collaborate with the Reward and Change Lead to integrate change management activities into project plans, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Communication Strategy: Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications relevant to change initiatives, effectively communicating key messages to diverse audiences.
  • Risk Mitigation and Analysis: Prepare impact analyses and evaluate the actual impact of changes, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Resistance Management: Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics, as well as manage anticipated resistance to change, promoting a culture of openness and adaptability.
  • Talent Development: Identify training needs for reskilling impacted staff with input from key stakeholders, driving employee growth and skill enhancement.
  • Redeployment and Redundancy Coordination: Coordinate the consultation process for redeployment and redundancy in accordance with organisational policies.
About You
  • Able to build strong working relationships across the organisation and influence outcomes, including at an executive level.
  • Significant Commercial Experience in change management related roles.
  • Curious and creative, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Customer- and people-led, championing their needs back to the business.
  • Solution-focused problem solver, resourceful, independent, and skilled at critical thinking.
  • Practical team player who collaborates across multiple levels of the business.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in HR or related discipline.
  • PROSCI or other change methodology accreditation.
  • Significant commercial experience in systems/people change management related roles.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with medium and large-scale organisational change efforts.
  • Experience identifying, designing, and implementing improvements in a complex organisation.
  • In-depth understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
