Key Responsibilities- Contract Review and Advice: Provide thorough reviews and analysis of contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Consumer Law and Privacy: Advise on consumer law and privacy issues, ensuring that our practices align with regulatory requirements.
- Intellectual Property and Advertising: Offer expertise on intellectual property and advertising law, guiding our teams on best practices and compliance.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, sharing your knowledge and experience to develop their skills.
- Strategic Legal Advice: Deliver timely and effective strategic legal advice to drive business outcomes and growth.
- Law Degree: Hold a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Possess 3-5 years of post-admission experience in a related field.
- Skills: Demonstrate strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Qualifications: Possess a strong intellect, analytical, and conceptual skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
