You'll be a key part of a high-performing in-house legal team that plays a central role in the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the business.

You'll work directly with senior leaders across the business, advising on complex commercial matters and seeing the direct impact of your legal advice.

You will: Advise on commercial disputes, including property and contract issues Assist with debt recovery in collaboration with internal finance teams Provide legal support on consumer law disputes and mediations Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including leases and Heads of Agreement Support on employment law matters and internal compliance Assist with litigation matters and liaise with external counsel as needed Review and advise on property acquisitions and contracts of sale What type of person will be successful?Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with an unrestricted practising certificate6+ years' PQE in commercial law, with experience in property, litigation, consumer law, or debt recovery Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic, business-focused approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive attitude and the confidence to manage matters autonomously Please apply below or send your CV to toby.orr@beacon-legal.com.au to arrange a confidential discussion.
