The role of Senior Legal Advisor is to provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on all matters related to contracts, commercial law, and risk management.

  • Undertake extensive contract reviews and negotiations with clients and sub-consultants for small, mid and large-scale projects;","
  • Review and advise on other agreements and related issues (such as subcontracts, teaming agreements, memoranda of understanding, joint ventures, leases, insurance coverage, and probity arrangements);","
  • Provide legal advice on liability and risk identification, allocation and management (including developing commercial solutions to legal risks);","
  • Work in collaboration with the Director - Commercial and Legal Services, Group Director - Insurance, and Compliance Director; and,","
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.","
","Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, with a current Legal Practicing Certificate and at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant area is desirable.
