Lead Beverage Manager

As a highly skilled Lead Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise beverage operations to exceed guest expectations and foster an engaging atmosphere
- Prepare and present expertly crafted cocktails, mixed drinks, and tailored beverages to guests
- Maintain outlet inventory levels and ensure a clean environment at all times
- Engage and inspire guests throughout their entire beverage experience
- Understand individual guest requirements and deliver personalized service excellence with each customer interaction
- Supervise the beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business
Our ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in a similar leadership role, be up-to-date with RSA requirements, and exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills. As a dynamic and empathetic leader, you will empower and support your team, plan and execute team-building activities, and prioritize the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
