Job Title: Operations Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong commercial mindset, people leadership skills, and operational knowledge of hospitality standards and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistency in brand, service, and quality standards. They will drive financial performance through smart sales analysis, cost management, and forward planning, while leading, coaching, and developing venue managers and their teams to deliver operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a multi-site or high-volume operations management role in hospitality, retail, or travel retail, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
