About The Role

We're seeking an experienced HRIS Configuration Specialist to join our team. As the successful candidate, you'll have the opportunity to elevate our existing Workday configuration and drive continuous improvement across the platform. You'll partner closely with our People & Culture team and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and implement process enhancements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Project Management
    • You'll be responsible for scoping, configuring, and testing system changes to ensure seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
    • Work collaboratively with our P&C team to develop and deliver training programs that empower employees to get the most out of Workday.
    • Provide day-to-day support for ongoing maintenance and improvements to Workday, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to streamline workflows.

Systems

You'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Workday modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Talent and Performance, Learning, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting. Investigate and resolve BAU queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide prompt support to system users. Configure complex dashboards and reports within Workday, ensuring accurate and timely data insights.

Stakeholder Engagement

Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement strategy to optimize the implementation and success of the Workday Implementation. Partner closely with the P&C team to continuously improve Workday Service Delivery and ensure an engaging experience for employees and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of Workday HRIS and specific experience with the HCM module. Previous experience in training, support management, and end-user requirements is highly desirable. Project management and project delivery experience are also essential.
