About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HRIS professional to oversee the successful implementation of Workday's Absence, Time, Scheduling, and Benefits modules. As a key member of our project team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements, design processes, and ensure seamless integration within the Workday platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Lead the functional workstream, managing project activities and ensuring timely delivery in line with project milestones.
  • Track progress, adjust timelines, and ensure all project goals are met within scope and budget.
  • Proactively identify and address project issues, escalating risks that could impact the project timeline or success.
  • Gather and document functional requirements with input from business SMEs and stakeholders, translating them into system configurations.
  • Design and document business processes related to Absence, Time, Scheduling, and Benefits within Workday.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Workday's configuration, focusing on Absence, Time, Scheduling, and Benefits modules.
  • Ensure alignment of business processes with company goals, best practices, and Workday capabilities.
  • Support the overall integration of Absence, Time, Scheduling, and Benefits functions into Workday, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS implementation with a focus on Absence, Time, Scheduling & Benefits modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platform.
  • Certification in Workday HCM, Absence, Time, or Scheduling modules.
  • Experience working with project teams & cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
