Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will provide exceptional reception services for clients and families, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Provide administrative support to clinicians and team members, including data entry, appointment management, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Contribute to finance processes through invoice preparation, ordering supplies, and tracking expenditure.
