About the Role
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of WA is looking for a dedicated professional to oversee scheduling and appointment management for our apprenticeship services. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and people-centric organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from clients, providing general guidance and support.
- Coordinate and schedule sign-up meetings for apprenticeships, aligning with the availability of our Industry Training Consultants.
- Manage appointment calendars and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date databases.
- Offer advice to clients regarding the apprenticeship sign-up process.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and confirmations.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- A National Police Clearance.
