Job Title: Health, Safety and Wellbeing Specialist

About the Role

This part-time specialist role is responsible for leading positive safety culture across our organisation. The successful candidate will provide expertise in health, safety and wellbeing, particularly in occupational health and safety (OH&S) and employee wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Health, Safety and Wellbeing Expertise: Provide specialist advice and guidance on health, safety and wellbeing matters to stakeholders across the organisation.
  2. Initiative Development: Develop and deliver key initiatives and programs aligned to our strategic objectives and priorities.
  3. Implementation Governance: Oversee the implementation, embedding and evolution of health, safety and wellbeing interventions.
  4. Data-Driven Insights: Use data-led understanding of health, safety and wellbeing to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  5. Awareness and Capability Building: Build awareness and capability across health, safety and wellbeing with people leaders, employees and contractors, including psychological health.
