We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations professional to oversee guest relations operations and maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the front of house team and oversee reception, security services, catering, audio visual equipment and office inspections.
- Coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and review operational processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost employee engagement and drive business results.
- Strong experience in corporate reception or high-end hotel hospitality.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a solution focused mindset.
- Competency using Microsoft Office software programs.
