Dynamic Guest Experience Leader

W Sydney is seeking charismatic and guest-centric individuals to fill a key role within our Front Desk Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing day-to-day duties with passion and charisma whilst demonstrating outstanding communication skills
  • Driving a culture of exceptional service and loyalty engagement
  • Collaborates with Welcome and Whatever Whenever Managers to optimize Rooms Division operations, business decisions, and adherence to W brand guidelines

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service quality, balancing the needs of guests, talent, and hotel operations. They will also contribute to creating memorable experiences for guests and adopting a deep understanding of their journey.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Front Desk/Front Office leadership roles, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
  • Knowledge of procedures and policies for check-in/check-out, pre-arrival planning, property-based systems, and room inventory management
  • Attention to detail and excellent oral & written communication skills
