Key Role in Paediatric Research

The Royal Children's Hospital Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) requires a legal expert to ensure ethical and legal compliance of paediatric research.

  • Attend monthly meetings (4 hours) and review materials prior to each meeting (4-8 hours)
  • Participate in 2-3 in-person meetings annually at RCH Parkville
  • Declare and manage any potential conflicts of interest

Appointments are typically 3 years. You will serve on a fully constituted HREC, providing essential legal perspectives during deliberations.
