Dual Site Concession Managers are responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving engagement by building a culture of excellence within our stores.
To deliver an elevated customer experience, they work closely with Store Managers to demonstrate sales skills, product knowledge, and long-lasting relationships.

- Work with leadership to build an effective concession space.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
- Experience in a similar role supervising teams of up to 5 staff members.
- An independently motivated leader able to work autonomously.
- A supportive leader who can motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
- An eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of the organization and alignment with its values.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
