Job Overview

Dual Site Concession Managers are responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving engagement by building a culture of excellence within our stores.

To deliver an elevated customer experience, they work closely with Store Managers to demonstrate sales skills, product knowledge, and long-lasting relationships.

The Role
  1. Drive a customer-focused culture and create a memorable experience with every interaction.
  2. Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  3. Work with leadership to build an effective concession space.
  4. Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  5. Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role supervising teams of up to 5 staff members.
  • An independently motivated leader able to work autonomously.
  • A supportive leader who can motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to be part of the organization and alignment with its values.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
