Beach Venue Leader

Cibaria Noosa is seeking a seasoned leader to shape its high-performing team and build a vibrant workplace culture. You will lead day-to-day operations, champion elevated service, and connect with guests in a stunning beach location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sure the smooth delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage relations with shareholders and stakeholders.
  • Deliver daily briefings to staff prior to every service.
  • Oversee shift operations and financial performance.
  • Cash handling and accurate record-keeping.
  • Train and develop staff to meet business goals.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Pleasant personal manner, face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Ability to engage customers and staff, building rapport.
  • Professional appearance and well-groomed.
  • 18-36 months management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Confidence managing front and back of house, focusing on service standards.
  • Effective stakeholder management, collaborating with owners, resort management, suppliers, and wider teams.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Computer literacy and reservation platform experience.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Understanding of hospitality costs and budgeting.
  • Italian food and wine knowledge (preferred).
  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
