
Community-Based Therapist Role

Supporting clients across Adelaide, we seek a motivated and compassionate professional to join our multidisciplinary team as an Occupational Therapist. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work in the community.
This role involves conducting client-centered assessments and delivering interventions at home and in the community. You will support daily living skills, independence, and prescribe assistive equipment or home modifications. Collaboration with physiotherapists, support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals is essential.
A key responsibility of this role is completing clear, timely documentation for clinical progress and funding requirements. Participation in case discussions and contributing to a supportive team culture are also expected.
Required Skills and Qualifications- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 1 year of experience (new grads with strong placements welcome).
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Current Police Clearance & Working with Children Check.
- Australian working rights.
