This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work in the community.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client-centered assessments and deliver interventions at home and in the community.
- Support daily living skills, independence, and prescribe assistive equipment or home modifications.
- Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals.
- Complete clear, timely documentation for clinical progress and funding requirements.
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to a supportive team culture.
