Occupational Therapist Community-Based Role

Join our multidisciplinary team to support clients across Northern and Southern Adelaide.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work in the community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client-centered assessments and deliver interventions at home and in the community.
  • Support daily living skills, independence, and prescribe assistive equipment or home modifications.
  • Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals.
  • Complete clear, timely documentation for clinical progress and funding requirements.
  • Participate in case discussions and contribute to a supportive team culture.
