You'll work primarily with NDIS participants and Home Care Package clients, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life through evidence-based, functional interventions delivered in-home and in community settings.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client-centered assessments and deliver interventions at home and in the community
  • Support daily living skills, independence, and prescribe assistive equipment or home modifications
  • Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals
  • Complete clear, timely documentation for clinical progress and funding requirements
  • Participate in case discussions and contribute to a supportive team culture

What You'll Need

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
