Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with clients who face complex health-related barriers to employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their goals and aspirations.
- Develop tailored strategies and interventions to enhance functional capacity and work-readiness.
- Provide intervention as needed, adopting a holistic approach and utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic methodologies.
- Refer clients to external support services to address barriers to employment.
- Evaluate assessments and monitor the progression of cases.
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Understanding of multidisciplinary barriers to employment.
- Experience in delivering person-centered Occupational Therapy services within community or rehabilitation settings.
- Exceptional communication, rapport building skills and engagement.
- Proven ability to construct accurate and articulate case reports.
