About the Job
  • Mobilise, recruit and lead a team of supervisors, schedulers, logistics and field staff, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery to agreed KPIs.
  • Become the key client contact, building strong relationships through regular communication and contract management expertise.
  • Develop and maintain a productive and values-driven team culture by promoting a safe working environment, effective teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and compliance.
  • Oversee financial performance, including cost control, reporting and performance outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business growth in Queensland.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You are a people-focused leader who can build trust quickly, communicate effectively and work collaboratively with clients and teams.
  • With experience in managing contracts, projects or operations within construction, utilities or related industries, you possess the necessary skills to excel in this role.
  • You have a proven ability to balance autonomy with accountability, demonstrating initiative when senior leaders are not on site.
