An exceptional opportunity exists for an ambitious Contract Administrator to join a privately-owned commercial builder with over two generations of industry excellence. Responsibilities- 2-5+ years of experience in commercial construction contract administration
- Working knowledge and experience with construction-specific programs Procore, Jobpac, Cheops, Acconex, Jonas Premier
- Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Quantity Surveying, or trade qualifications with experience in a CA position
- Strong understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and build long-term relationships
- Oversee cost management, budget tracking, and financial reporting
- Ensure all contractual documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets legal and regulatory standards
- Assist in the resolution of any contractual disputes or issues that arise
- Commitment to upholding the company's values and contributing to a positive work culture
- 2-5+ years experience in commercial construction contract administration
- Experience with Procore, Jobpac, Cheops, Acconex, Jonas Premier
- Bachelor qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Understanding of contract management, procurement, and cost control
