Office Coordinator, Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Office Coordinator to join our team at Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) in Karratha. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day general administration tasks, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors and manage the reception area with a high level of professionalism
- Manage meeting rooms calendar and provide assistance with room setup as required
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception, breakout area, meeting rooms, storerooms, and cupboards
- Handle incoming calls, respond to client queries, and make outbound calls as necessary
- Manage mail and correspondence, including issuing temporary swipe cards and implementing security controls
- Log maintenance issues on the Building Management portal and respond to contractor inquiries
- Provide support for internal ASA events and functions
- Offer administrative assistance to Team Leaders and Managers as needed
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
