Chief Venue Operations Manager

The venue manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of events, room service, and bar services. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations, including event management, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Oversee food and beverage operations, implementing standards and procedures for efficiency and quality.
- Design and deliver training programs for team members, ensuring they are familiar with products, menus, and service standards.
- Handle recruitment, interviewing, HR administration, and onboarding processes, providing ongoing training and support for team members.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a leadership or managerial position within the food and beverage industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to drive customer satisfaction programs and achieve results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
- Proficient in POS, Bepoz, and Micros systems.
