OverviewOaks Gladstone Grand Hotel is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.This is a full-time position with regular morning and weekend shifts.
Immediate start available.ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.Build a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.Supervise, train, and support Food & Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.Please note: This position is based in Gladstone.Qualifications12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.Exceptional communication and customer service skills.A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
