Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer
">This role involves ensuring the quality and safety of products by conducting daily quality control, documentation, and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring raw materials, packaging, and finished product quality, as well as sampling raw materials, finished products, and swab equipment for micro analysis.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily onsite quality control, documentation, and processes
- Ensuring food safety standard compliance among production staff
- Implementing and managing changes to our food safety practices
- Investigating and reporting non-conformances and conducting training with production staff
- Delivering staff training on food safety and quality processing
Requirements:
">- Experience in a Quality Assurance team is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and remain calm under pressure
