As a Mechatronics Professional, you will be part of a global team designing, manufacturing and supplying wear products and services for mining equipment.

About the Role

You will lead and support subsystem design and documentation of Digital Mining products, including CAD models, circuit diagrams and PCB layouts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop prototypes to validate fit, form and function
  • Perform simulations and analyses such as FEA, thermal, vibrational and control systems
  • Develop comprehensive testing and validation procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Honours Degree in Mechatronics Engineering is essential
  • Experience in the mining sector, preferably within excavators and dump trucks
  • Experience deploying systems within the mining sector and/or similar harsh environments
  • Demonstrable experience in electronics design and analysis
