User Experience Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive user-centered design excellence. This role will focus on crafting seamless, intuitive experiences that meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in discovery-phase activities and contribute to strategic planning
  • Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to bring designs to life
  • Moderate workshops and facilitate design collaboration using digital tools
  • Create high-fidelity UI design assets using Figma and Adobe XD
  • Evaluate and refine designs through iterative testing and validation
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in UX research and UI design principles
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Miro, Slack, Adobe XD, and Figma
  • Experience working within agile, collaborative environments or squads
  • Able to plan and execute user interviews and usability testing sessions
  • Focused on delivering platform-agnostic solutions with a user-centric approach
