About the roleThe Team Leader Digital plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Digital Team's daily operations. This includes managing high-quality digital marketing campaigns, website management, and video production efforts in a fast paced environment. The position requires a strong commitment to customer service and user experience, and the ability to create value for the community.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a key website improvement project, implementing accessibility and user experience design into digital initiatives, managing digital marketing campaigns, and implementing content and social media strategies, while leading a dynamic team of professions.We are seeking an experienced, innovative and motivated individual who possesses a strong foundation in digital communications and project management.
- Degree in Digital Communications/Marketing, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum of four years in a similar role with a proven track record in digital tools and project management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication and team management skills.
- Ability to build credible relationships and influence organisational outcomes positively.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be capable of offering strategic advice to enhance a wide range of digital initiatives. You should be able to assess complex information critically and make timely, informed recommendations to support the organisation's goals.Our position description provides more information for you to learn more about this role.Other important information
- The commencing salary for this position is up to $106.6k per annum. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $123.5k per annum on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation
- We have a temporary full-time role available.
- This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
- We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite
- This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
