Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in customer-facing interactions, ensuring strong relationships and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Drive influence in problem-solving and product development by employing root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.

Proven experience in the rolling stock industry is required. Demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in customer-facing roles, and experience with ERP systems are also essential. Strong leadership and motivational skills to foster collaboration and team success are crucial. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities that influence positive outcomes are required.

Education
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related technical field are preferred.
