About This Role:

This position involves working as a technical liaison between our organization and mining industry clients to deliver tailored solutions and support their operational needs.

Key responsibilities include providing expert technical advice, conducting product demonstrations, and collecting data to inform client recommendations.

A strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM systems are essential for success in this role.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at mine sites, including Mine Managers, Maintenance Engineers, and Procurement teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mining customers, leveraging expertise in Michelin products and services.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating with internal functions and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market analysis, preparing regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
Requirements:

Engineers with a mechanical or mining background, strong analytical skills, and experience in client-facing roles are well-suited for this position.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also required.

Ability to travel based on business needs is necessary for success in this dynamic and innovative team.
