Commercial Management Position

The commercial manager plays a pivotal role in the operational efficiency by providing timely and accurate management and financial accounting information to meet business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage site budgets and forecasts for strategic planning
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Maintain an environment of compliance and control in all aspects of the commercial function
  • Manage site procurement, contracts, and contract management for optimal results
  • Manage site camp and accommodation bookings for employee convenience
  • Drive a culture of Openness and Integrity in line with organizational values
About the Role:
  • Qualifications in accounting or commerce disciplines are essential
  • CA/CPA qualifications are highly desirable
  • Exceptional financial and commercial acumen with a long-term business mindset
  • Experience in resource or heavy industry sectors is preferred
  • Hands-on leadership with strategic thinking abilities
  • Effective stakeholder influence, communication, and collaboration skills
