Why you'll love working with us
  • Work across a broad network stack - LAN, WAN, WiFi, core and edge switching, firewalls, routing and VPNs
  • Deliver end-to-end projects - design, plan, implement, test and hand over

Where you'll make an impact

  • Monitor internet gateway access and performance, plus measurements, reporting and alerts
  • Apply network protocols and security across TCP/IP, routing, VPNs and OSI layers 1 to 5
  • Lead the project lifecycle: build business cases, plan schedules and resources, maintain risk and issue registers, act as Change Manager, coordinate testing and stakeholder sign-off, hand over to support, and decommission/archive redundant systems
  • Manage vendor relationships: maintain relationships, monitor performance and costs, track releases and updates, and refine agreements
  • Assist with day-to-day work orders according to business priority and team workload
  • Evaluate new technology to identify business improvements
  • Support the Help Desk during busy periods and participate in the after hours support roster
