Lead Performance Marketing Specialist
The ideal candidate will oversee performance marketing efforts, focusing on social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. This role drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies, collaborating with creative and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across social media ads, SEO, and PPC channels.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring alignment with brand voice and target audience.
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance user experience.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on ROI and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.
A strong candidate should have experience in managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on social media ads, SEO, and PPC, preferably in eCommerce or fashion.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Triple Whale, and other similar platforms.
