Performance Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Manager to lead and navigate complex paid media accounts, driving client goals and objectives. This role requires expertise in managing paid search, social media, and email marketing to deliver exceptional results.

  • About the Role:
  1. Lead and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring optimal performance and revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that meet client objectives.
  3. Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and preferences.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful as a Performance Manager, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from paid search and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant tools.
