Job Summary:

This is a varied and fast-paced role where your work will directly contribute to shaping success.

As a highly organised and motivated professional, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Operations Support: Assist with CRM updates, reporting packs, and coordinating the sales team.
  • Partner Support: Schedule meetings, track action items, update partner content, maintain records, support licensing and product sales administration.
  • Proposal Enablement: Coordinate bid meetings, support proposal development, and maintain the bid content library.
  • Campaign & Event Support: Coordinate campaign execution details (email lists, landing pages, briefing sessions) and track sales follow-up activity.
  • Growth Asset Management: Keep case studies, partner decks, intro slides, and other growth-related content current and accessible.
  • Administration: Provide general support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in coordination or administration roles, ideally within IT or Sales environments
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
