Client Support Specialist

The Client Advisor role is a key position in our organisation, providing valuable support to clients and their families.

This includes undertaking client intake and assessments, including planning, monitoring and regular reviews. The successful candidate will also provide packaged and private clients with appropriate information relating to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to meet the diverse needs of clients
  • Assess client requirements and develop effective plans for delivery
  • Promote and refer clients to relevant services within our organisation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health or social services related discipline
  • Experience in Allied Health or case management of government funded packages
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding to older clients and their families
