Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives by providing exceptional support and care. Your passion for helping others and your customer-centric approach will drive success in this role.

This full-time position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as previous customer service experience and basic computer knowledge. You will:

  • Perform hearing screening checks and maintain hearing aids (full training provided)
  • Provide face-to-face and phone-based customer support with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage appointments through diary and inbox management efficiently
  • Source external lead generation opportunities and roll-out local marketing initiatives creatively
  • Assist clinics in performing effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
  • Provide administrative support to Audiologists

We seek a passionate and customer-centric individual who loves offering amazing support and client care. In addition to your enthusiasm and passion for helping others, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service or retail role with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients
  • Good computer skills and basic technical knowledge to perform tasks efficiently
  • Previous administration experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
  • Own vehicle and current driver's license for travel to clinic locations
