About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Partnership Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Service Partnership Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating the provision of effective, efficient and high-quality support and outcomes to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
They will also have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and support to clients, as well as a commitment to the inclusion and participation of people who have a disability within their local and natural communities.
About You:
We are looking for a team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic and cohesive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating client confidence and support: You will work closely with clients and their support networks to design and develop supports that enable them to achieve their goals, aspirations and outcomes.
- Ensuring client expectations and outcomes are met: You will review and develop effective support plans and service documents to ensure that client expectations and outcomes are met and achieved.
- Providing staff with feedback: You will provide staff with appropriate communication on feedback received from clients.
Selection Criteria:
Essential:
- Commitment to customer service: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and support to clients is essential for this role.
- Cultural responsiveness: The ability to be culturally responsive by demonstrating an understanding of the issues affecting our people is also essential.
- Strong IT skills: Strong IT skills including experience in Google Suite Tools and digital portals are required for this role.
Desirable:
- Experience in the disability sector: Previous experience in the disability/community/NDIS sector would be highly desirable.
- Industry relevant qualifications: Industry relevant qualifications such as Advanced Diploma in Disability or Certificate IV in Community Services would also be highly desirable.
