Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

The Chief Compliance Officer will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance framework, ensuring that the organization meets its legal and regulatory obligations.

This role requires a highly experienced professional who can develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring best practice is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of an effective compliance program.
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver credible, timely, and respected services in a high-performing environment.
  • Ensure monitoring and reporting is embedded for compliance obligations.
  • Provide guidance and advice on control design, effectiveness, and operational performance.
  • Develop insights on compliance trends and report to senior management and the Board.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and governance, preferably in financial services.
  • Detailed knowledge of current and emerging legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience in engaging, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
