Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead our industrial relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance activities, including interpreting legislation and policies, as well as developing strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field and office-based compliance activities, including producing high-quality reports and decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure adherence to labour hire laws and other relevant regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance matters, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contemporary issues, legislation, and policies relating to labour hire and other relevant laws.
