Job Title: Chief Health and Wellbeing Officer

Job Description

The Chief Health and Wellbeing Officer will lead our health, safety and wellbeing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our staff and students.

The role involves developing and implementing strategies that promote a positive and supportive work environment. This includes collaborating with senior leadership and department heads to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include providing training and education to staff and students on health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures. Regular risk assessments and audits are also conducted to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in a health, safety and wellbeing leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
