About the Role
The Reporting Systems and Compliance Advisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data relating to complaints, investigations, discipline, and performance issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing professional advice and reporting on matters in relation to complaints, investigations, discipline, performance management, and employee complaints;
- Managing regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements and data management relating to complaints, investigations, discipline, employee complaints, and performance matters for executive management and external agencies;
- Developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data;
- Managing the reporting of complaints, investigations, discipline, compliance, and performance data for use by executive management, departmental officers, and external agencies;
- Providing advice and ensuring compliance with related legislation regarding employees requiring a blue card and teacher registration.
Requirements
- A brief resume including contact details for 2 referees;
- A 1-page letter outlining your interest in the role and any experience with reporting and compliance.
