We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Analyst/Administrator to join our team at Skilled Jobs Australia.
Company OverviewOur client is a reputable facilities management company with over three decades of experience in the industry. They have established strong partnerships with other global providers, including Knight Facilities Management Australia.
About the RoleThe Facilities Management Analyst/Administrator will provide critical support to our clients by analyzing, managing, and organizing information and data related to Planned, Reactive, and Minor works. This role involves providing advice on policy for work order creation, coordinating sub-contractors, client liaison, and work order completion within contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
A Typical Day- Communication conduit between client stakeholders, facilities managers, and subcontractors
- Accurate logging of jobs and data in system
- Engage authorized external contractors as required
- Proactive tracking and management of action items and external commitments
- Administration duties to support facilities management services delivery
- Liaison with contractors on scheduled works and inspections
- Maintenance of compliance records, including ESM documentation
- Ability to manage multiple work requests and suppliers across various sites
- Previous experience in building services or project facilities management
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of company structure, systems, and processes
- Exceptional customer and supplier management skills
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, flexible, and adaptable
This full-time position comes with a salary range of $70,000-$80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, based on skills and experience.
