Training Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our training team as a Training Consultant.

About the Role

The Training Consultant will be responsible for providing outstanding training and customer experience with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, promoting, and delivering expertise, guidance, and training on core product functionality in line with client requirements.
  • Increasing engagement and proficiency in system usage through effective coaching and training techniques.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Australian Real Estate industry (sales, administration, training, or operations).
  • Exposure to Real Estate specific CRM platforms, with in-depth experience with Agentbox or Reapit software highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role with demonstrated outstanding client service skills.

As a Training Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional training experiences.
