Professional in Training Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional in Training Operations to lead our training team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate and develop a team of training professionals through coaching, mentoring, performance management and ongoing technical training.
- Support Trade Training Timetables and apprentice rotations to deliver required training outcomes while ensuring supervision ratios are met.
- Ensure all employees are appropriately licensed and hold the relevant tickets required to perform work for their trade.
- Drive a performance and safety culture by setting and monitoring standards and performance goals, and providing feedback.
- Trade qualifications in the respective discipline and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment are desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of trade experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Vocational Education and Training sector.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
