Job Title: Training Accreditation Specialist

The Training Accreditation Specialist will manage and coordinate the annual accreditation cycle for training settings. This role provides expert advice on accreditation processes, delivers secretariat services, and contributes to projects and process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and support to key stakeholders on accreditation requirements
  • Mentoring and training team members to build a cohesive and effective team
  • Coordinating administrative tasks and facilitating collaboration across teams
  • Organising logistics for site visits and managing documentation
  • Delivering secretariat support for committees and serving as the primary contact for training sites and accreditors
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to promote effective collaboration and communication

This role requires a professional with experience in accreditation and/or management of medical or other education/health programs. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high-level organisational skills, and a commitment to client service and confidentiality.
