Job Title: Training Specialist - eHealth NSW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Training Specialist. As a key member of the program delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for end-users across various locations in metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote areas.

In this role, you will work closely with local training teams, vendors, and stakeholders to develop and deploy flexible training approaches that cater to diverse digital literacy levels. You will also support the integration of vendor training materials, curriculum design pipelines, eLearning modules, video, and other online mediums into the training development and deployment process.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with business requirements, best practices, and industry standards through the monitoring, evaluation, and review of training programs, learning materials, and competency assessments.

We require an individual who has demonstrated experience in adult learning and development within a large and complex service industry organization, preferably in a technical training environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts in simple terms to a range of audiences are essential.
