Education and Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Education and Training Specialist to join our team. This is a parental leave cover role for a period of six months.

This specialist reports to the Business Unit Manager and is responsible for providing education, training, and in-field support to the ANZ cardiology team and their customers.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

- Develop and deliver core and PCIO training (basic to advanced levels) to all Territory Managers and PCIO Therapy Development Specialists
- Manage and complete annual in-field PCIO competency checks
- Assist Territory Managers and PCIO Therapy Development Specialists with account training, education, and case support post installation of new systems
- Develop and lead implementation of key education programs for ANZ including special projects
- Ensure training materials and programs are keeping with current clinical needs and relevance
- Ensure that training is aligned to sales and marketing initiatives through consultation with the Business Manager, Regional Sales Managers, and Product Managers
- Maintain TM training records and produce reports as required

The Ideal Candidate:

- Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related is essential
- Comprehensive understanding of Cath Lab environment and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention is critical
- Previous experience with intracoronary imaging and physiology is preferred
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs at a high level
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, working across projects with competing deadlines
- Ability and willingness to travel is required
