About Your Key Responsibilities

You will assist customers with daily tasks and provide support through challenging behaviours. Our team members play a vital role in helping our valued customers shape and improve their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Experience in PEG feeding, medication assistance, slide sheets, and hoist use is essential
  • Prioritize workload and respond to emergent situations efficiently
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and overnight) is required
Requirements:
  • Hold a current Blue Card for working with children
  • A NDIS Worker Screening Check is necessary
  • Full COVID-19 vaccinations are mandatory, along with proof from MyGov
  • Current First Aid Certificate is required
  • Current CPR Certificate is essential
  • NDIS Worker Modules certificate is mandatory
  • A driver's licence and a working vehicle with comprehensive insurance are also necessary
